I help people eat well within the demands of a real, busy life.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and New York State-certified Dietitian/Nutritionist. I completed my Master of Science and RD at New York University, and I am a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Greater New York Dietetic Association.

I began my career in the corporate world, then discovered a real passion for working with people. Over 14-plus years I have worked with a wide range of clients, from very young premature infants to seniors with special needs, across private, clinical, and corporate nutrition.

My focus is private nutrition counseling, and my philosophy is simple: no two people are the same, so no two plans should be. I teach clients how to build a realistic, well-balanced way of eating without feeling deprived, and I tailor a program to the life you actually live.

Outside of work you will find me with my two kids, cooking and entertaining, and up before the sun to exercise.
