Consultation requests contain your name, contact information, selected area of interest, and any optional message. Pilot applications contain contact information and limited fit attestations. The application specifically asks you not to send diagnoses, medication lists, lab results, or treatment details.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, review program fit, operate the application process, and maintain the security and reliability of the website. Applying does not create a clinician-patient relationship.
Website measurement
We use privacy-conscious website analytics to understand which public pages are visited, how visitors find the site, which pilot links are used, and how the site performs on different devices. These measurements are anonymous and aggregated, do not use third-party advertising cookies, and exclude private partnership pages. Names, contact details, application answers, and medical information are never included in analytics events.
Who handles it
Access is limited to Dara and the technical operator supporting the business. Website hosting, private data storage, bot protection, payment, and transactional email providers process only the information required to provide their services.
Retention and choices
We retain consultation and application records only as long as reasonably needed for the request, pilot operations, legal obligations, and security. You may ask us to correct or delete your application information by emailing hello@darasandler.com, subject to records we must retain by law.
